The Greenie Weenie

This thing packs over 50g of protein and is less than 500 calories. I drink it for lunch nearly every day.

Ingredients

  • Cold Water (12-16 oz)
  • Protein Powder (1-2  servings)
  • Creatine Monohydrate (1 serving)
  • AG1 (1 serving)
    • From Athletic Greens. You can use any vitamin powder you want - it definitely does not have to be AG1.
    • This is what makes it green.
    • Again, not an ad!
  • Banana (1)
  • Siggi's Plain Whole Milk Yogurt (½ cup)
  • CInnamon (just a dash)
  • Optional: Espresso (1 or 2 shots)

Instructions

Just put those ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Super easy, right?? Enjoy! 😉
