Description

The Farmer's Deadlift is a double-kettlebell exercise that targets the legs and core.

In contrast to the Suitcase Deadlift, which utilizes a single bells, the Farmer's Deadlift's use of two kettlebell allows for a heavier load, with one bell on each side of the body.

Perform this exercise on the ground or on a platform, whereby you're standing on a raised surface and the bells are lifted from the ground. This is called a deficit deadlift, and it allows for further range of motion.
